NOVELTY - Foaming modified water-proof composite floor comprises modified polymer substrate and surface decorative plate connected with an adhesive. The polymer substrate is obtained by hot pressing of modified polymer particles, plant fibers and adhesive embryos. The modified polymer particles made up of polyvinyl chloride resin, polyurethane resin and modified resin, and its preparation method comprises e.g. (a) obtaining the modified resin; (b) obtaining a precursor product; and (c) washing the precursor product with tetrahydrofuran under the conditions of ice-water bath and vacuum, dispersing the precursor product after washing in toluene solvent dissolved with aliphatic primary amine, stirring well until no bubbles overflow, centrifuging the precursor product, rinsing with absolute ethanol to remove the surface solvent, dispersing in polyethylene glycol solution, heating, centrifuging, rinsing and drying. USE - Used as foaming modified water-proof composite floor. ADVANTAGE - The composite floor has excellent waterproof effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Foaming modified water-proof composite floor comprises modified polymer substrate and surface decorative plate connected with an adhesive. The high molecular substrate is obtained by hot pressing of modified polymer particles, plant fibers and adhesive embryos. The modified polymer particles made up of polyvinyl chloride resin, polyurethane resin and modified resin, and its preparation method comprises (a) dissolving dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate in tetrahydrofuran, adding surface amination-modified graphene, dispersing ultrasonically until uniform to obtain a suspension, adding a 10-80% branched polyethyleneimine solution, stirring, heating to 50-90℃, dispersing until uniform, maintaining warmness, reacting for 1-4 hours, washing the reaction product with tetrahydrofuran, drying and crushing to obtain the modified resin; (b) mixing polyvinyl chloride resin, polyurethane resin and the modified resin in proportion, melting, crushing after pressurized foam molding to obtain a precursor product; and (c) washing the precursor product with tetrahydrofuran under the conditions of ice-water bath and vacuum, dispersing the precursor product after washing in toluene solvent dissolved with aliphatic primary amine, stirring well until no bubbles overflow, centrifuging the precursor product, rinsing with absolute ethanol to remove the surface solvent, dispersing in polyethylene glycol solution, heating to 50-90℃, maintaining warmness for 1-2 hours, completing reaction, centrifuging the precipitate, rinsing with anhydrous ethanol, and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing foaming modified water-proof composite floor, comprising (i) preparing the modified polymer particles, mixing the modified polymer particles with plant fibers and adhesives fully and then performing embryonic hot pressing to obtain a polymer substrate; and (ii) bonding the polymer substrate with the surface decorative plate by adhesive, cold pressing to obtain the semi-finished product, fragmenting, sanding, opening groove, painting, packing sequentially.
