NOVELTY - A coating comprises 0.3-1.2 pts. wt. graphene powder, 30-80 pts. wt. zinc powder, 13-25 pts. wt. propylene glycol methyl ether, 13-16 pts. wt. water-based epoxy resin curing agent, 13-25 pts. wt. ethylene glycol butyl ether, 30-80 pts. wt. water-based epoxy resin and 0.5-0.7 pt. wt. substrate wetting agent. The graphene powder has diameter of 4-7 mu m. The zinc powder has 3000-5000 mesh. USE - Coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good corrosion resistance and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of coating which involves (A) mixing propylene glycol methyl ether, water-based epoxy resin curing agent and graphene powder, uniformly dispersing at a speed of 2500-3500 rpm, adding zinc powder and ethylene glycol butyl ether, dispersing at a speed of 4000-6000 rpm to obtain component (A), mixing aqueous epoxy resin and substrate wetting agent, uniformly dispersing at a speed of 500-1000 rpm to obtain component (B), mixing component (A) and component (B) and uniformly dispersing at a speed of 500-1000 rpm.
