▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Bio-complex comprises biopolymer materials, catechol-based substances, graphene oxide, and metal nanoparticles. USE - The bio-complex is useful for preventing and treating wound infection by killing bacteria, and providing antibacterial, anticancer, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. ADVANTAGE - The bio-complex has high antibacterial effect and low cytotoxicity, and minimizes the effect on normal cells through the controlled release of metal ions by using the catechol-based material. The bio-complex maintains its shape for a long time compared to the existing one, and ensures metal nanoparticles to-be-stably mounted on it. In a test for evaluating cytotoxicity effect of the bio-complex using human dermal fibroblasts, the bio-complex at a concentration of 1 mg/ml exhibited cell viability at a rate of 80% or more, hence the cytotoxicity is very low. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the bio-complex, which involves (a) preparing a first complex by combining a biopolymer material and a catechol-based material, (b) preparing a second complex by adding a metal nanoparticle precursor solution and a reducing agent to a solution in which graphene oxide is dispersed, (c) preparing a mixed solution in which the second complex is dispersed by adding the second complex to the solution in which the first complex is dissolved, and (d) preparing a bio-complex using the mixed solution using a water-in-oil method.
