NOVELTY - Antifouling high-strength graphene nylon long fiber comprises 45-55 pts. wt. nylon fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene antifouling improver, 1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-5 pts. wt. light stabilizer, and 1-3 pts. wt. modified silicone dioxide. USE - Used as antifouling high-strength graphene nylon long fiber. ADVANTAGE - The nylon long fiber enhances the strength and stain resistance of the product, both of coordinated to enhance the performance of the product; graphene improves the strength performance of the product, and improves the anti-fouling performance in a coordinated manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing antifouling high-strength graphene nylon long fiber, comprising (S121) stirring and mixing nylon fiber, graphene anti-fouling improver, antioxidant, light stabilizer, and modified silica at a speed of 600-1000 revolutions/minute for 15-25 minutes to obtain mixed primary material; and (S122) melting the mixed raw materials, and injection molding and extruding.
