NOVELTY - Preparing lithium ion battery material positive electrode material, involves (a) uniformly mixing graphene, non-crosslinked polymer fibers, a dispersing agent and an organic solvent I to obtain a substance A, where the non-crosslinked polymer fiber has a length of 0.5-500 μm and a radial width of 1.5-5 μm, (b) uniformly mixing the substance A with the organic solvent II to obtain a substance B, (c) placing the substance D on a fine-hole screen mesh of 2000-10000 meshes, then slowly adding the substance B and the substance C into the substance D, continuously stirring and uniformly mixing, and driving the fine-hole screen to vibrate by an ultrasonic vibrator in the process, where material C comprises a fluorine-containing organic matter and an organic solvent III, and the material D comprises nickel cobalt lithium manganate, nickel cobalt lithium aluminate or phosphate positive active materials. USE - Method for preparing lithium-ion battery material positive electrode material used for producing secondary battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to provide good chemical stability of the coating materials graphene and CNT in the long-cycle overcharge, which is beneficial to suppress the side reactions on the surface of the positive electrode particles, and maintains overall structure of the cathode particles, which shows characteristics of long cycle life of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing lithium-ion battery material positive electrode material, involves (a) uniformly mixing graphene, non-crosslinked polymer fibers, a dispersing agent and an organic solvent I to obtain a substance A, where the non-crosslinked polymer fiber has a length of 0.5-500 μm and a radial width of 1.5-5 μm, (b) uniformly mixing the substance A with the organic solvent II to obtain a substance B, (c) placing the substance D on a fine-hole screen mesh of 2000-10000 meshes, then slowly adding the substance B and the substance C into the substance D, continuously stirring and uniformly mixing, and driving the fine-hole screen to vibrate by an ultrasonic vibrator in the process, where material C comprises a fluorine-containing organic matter and an organic solvent III, and the material D comprises nickel cobalt lithium manganate, nickel cobalt lithium aluminate or phosphate positive active materials, (d) after the stirring is stopped, slowly adding the organic solvent IV onto the fine-mesh screen, mixing the organic solvent IV with the mixed slurry, and simultaneously carrying out vacuum-assisted suction filtration on the bottom of the fine-mesh screen, (e) drying oversize materials of the fine-hole screen mesh to obtain a substance E, and grinding, (f) placing the ground product on a coarse-mesh vibrating screen with 200-500 meshes, and collecting a product under the vibrating screen to obtain target material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing a secondary battery, which comprises positive electrode material as a raw material component to prepare a positive electrode, and then assembled into a lithium-ion battery.
