NOVELTY - High-strength flame-retardant elastic fabric comprises 20-30 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 20-30 pts. wt. polytrimethylene terephthalate, and 4-6 pts. wt. graphene oxide. USE - Used as high-strength flame-retardant elastic fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has excellent flame-retardant performance and breaking strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high-strength flame-retardant elastic fabric, comprising (i) Mixing magnesium nitrate and aluminum nitrate, adding ammonium polyphosphate, stirring and reacting to obtain a composite layer, mixing the composite layer with sodium alginate, and cross-linking under the action of a crosslinking agent to obtain modified microspheres, (ii) mixing polytrimethylene terephthalate with the modified microspheres, melting and extruding, and drying to obtain a mixed slice, (iii) co-melting and extruding polyethylene terephthalate with the mixed slices, spinning and cooling to obtain fibrils, and stretching the fibrils to obtain composite fibers, (iv) mixing the composite fiber with a dopamine hydrochloride solution, adding graphene oxide, mixing and soaking, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain a composite flame retardant fiber, (v) twisting and weaving the composite flame-retardant fiber to obtain a high-strength flame-retardant elastic fabric, and (vi) performing index analysis on the fabric.
