▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A conductive paste comprises 2-3 wt.% graphene nanosheets, 45-55 wt.% silver powder, 5-10 wt.% polyester resin, 30-40 wt.% solvent, and 1-2 wt.% additive. USE - Conductive paste used for chip components. ADVANTAGE - The conductive paste is conducive to free transfer of electrons and greatly reduce its volume resistivity. The conductive paste has excellent flexibility and outstanding weather resistance, and can meet performance requirements required by circuit wire of chip components. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the conductive paste, which involves: (a) preparing polyester resin solution by dissolving an organic solvent and polyester resin solid at 80℃ into transparent solution to obtain 10-30 wt.% solid polyester resin solution; (b) using horizontal roller ball mill, adding preset amount of graphene nanosheets and polyester resin solution into alumina ceramic roller, adding 1 mm zirconium balls of equal weight at same time, after ball milling for 36-48 hours and taking out; and (c) stirring and mixing the mixture with silver powder, and grinding with three-roll machine to obtain conductive paste with fineness of less than 5 μm.
