NOVELTY - Preparing multi-component composite energetic microspheres comprises (a) adding emulsifier into distilled water, dissolving to form aqueous solution, (b) adding binder into the organic solvent to form binder solvent, (c) adding explosives, high-activity metal powders, and fluoropolymers to binder solution, and stirring to form uniform oil-phase mixed solution, where the explosives/high-activity metal powders/fluoropolymers/binders are solid mixtures, (d) adding the oil phase mixture in (c) to aqueous phase solution in (a), stir to emulsify, and forming uniform microemulsion mass of oil-in-water and (e) heating under stirring to slowly volatilize solvent in the oil-in-water microemulsion, precipitating binder, and explosives, high-activity metal powder, and fluoropolymer particles are induced to assemble to form energetic microspheres, separating to obtain the composite energetic microspheres, washing with alcohol, carrying out suction filtration and vacuum drying to obtain the product USE - The method is useful for preparing multi-component composite energetic microspheres. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the stability of the metal powder has good fluidity, low mechanical sensitivity and high safety.
