▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mixing graphene oxide after hot treatment with asphalt according to a certain ratio, placing the graphene oxide and carbon fiber in a mold, and keeping carbon fiber in every layer in a same direction; and producing graphene oxide doped with monodirectional carbon/carbon composite material at a certain temperature rise speed and pressure according to a certain thermal mold pressure technique. The carbon fiber is middle-phase carbon fiber, polyacrylonitrile-based fiber or both. USE - Method for producing graphene oxide doped with monodirectional carbon/carbon composite material. ADVANTAGE - Method has simple, stable and controllable technical process, is environment friendly. Method easily obtains raw material, effectively eliminates internal structural defects of monodirectional carbon/carbon composite material carbonized product, makes heat-caused flexibility of fiber and base body in the composite product roughly consistent, and improves heat-conducting performance of monodirectional carbon/carbon composite material.
