NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene thin film involves (1) dispersing graphene oxide in solvent, (2) pouring mixture into a machine, scraping film on a substrate, continuously wiping film on substrate, obtaining wiped film, drying in blast tunnel, obtaining graphene oxide thin film with substrate, (3) passing graphene oxide film with substrate into the tubular furnace, performing graphitization treatment for reduction of graphene oxide, repairing the surface and structural defects, obtaining graphene film with substrate, and (4) rolling and peeling off graphene film from the substrate.
