▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Non-metallic homogeneous hydrogenation catalyst comprises 55-79 wt.% blue carbon, 20-40 wt.% coke and 1-5 wt.% graphene. USE - Used as non-metallic homogeneous hydrogenation catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing non-metallic homogeneous hydrogenation catalyst comprising (i) vacuum extracting distillation cut fraction of middle-low temperature coal-tar at 350-450 degrees C to obtain middle-low temperature coal-tar asphalt, (ii) extracting middle-low temperature coal-tar asphalt, removing quinoline insoluble substance, where mass ratio between extracting agent and middle-low temperature coal-tar asphalt is 1:1-5:1, extraction temperature is 65-85 degrees C, and extracting time is 10-18 hours, (iii) carrying out extraction treatment of middle-low temperature coal-tar asphalt in reaction kettle, hydrogenising non-metal homogeneous hydrogenation catalyst, where non-metal homogeneous hydrogenation catalyst is 2-8 wt.% middle-low temperature coal-tar asphalt, then heating at a rate of 0.3-3 degrees C/minute, reacting at 240-360 degrees C under pressure of 5-10 MPa for 2-5 hours to obtain refined asphalt, (iv) hydrogenising refined asphalt at 400-500 degrees C and carrying out thermal polymerization for 10-15 hours, and (v) calcining at 1300-1600 degrees C under constant pressure for 2-5 hours to obtain final product.
