▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The LED has an electronic transmission layer (6) whose upper and lower sides are respectively contacted with a light emitting layer (5) and a hole transport layer (3). A second electrode (7) is contacted with the electronic transmission layer that is made of graphene material. A first electrode (4) and are distributed on the light emitting layer and the hole transmission layer. The first electrode, the hole transmission layer, the light emmiting layer, the electronic transmission layer and the second electrode are orderly laminated. A buffer layer (2) is covered on a substrate (1). USE - LED. ADVANTAGE - The LED has high electric conduction capability and heat exchange capability of the graphene material. The electronic transmission layer has high emitting ability and electronic transmission ability so as to improve service life and light-emitting efficiency of the LED.
