NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene composite dispersion includes preparing organic solution containing intercalation compound, weighing graphite powder, adding into intercalation compound organic solution, obtaining pretreated graphite mixed solution, adding into multi-stage series colloid mill, setting the first-stage colloid mill at 500-4000 revolutions/minute (rpm), adding grinding auxiliary agent, grinding, entering in second-stage colloid mill by automatic control valve, adding stripping agent, grinding, and entering in third-stage colloid mill by automatic control valve. USE - Preparation of graphene composite dispersion used as additive in anticorrosive paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not damage the crystal structure of graphite, provides graphene composite dispersion, which is storage stable and safe and has no agglomeration, and is suitable for large-scale implementation and continuous production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene composite dispersion comprises preparing organic solution containing intercalation compound, weighing graphite powder, adding into intercalation compound organic solution, obtaining pretreated graphite mixed solution, adding into multi-stage series colloid mill, setting the first-stage colloid mill at 500-4000 revolutions/minute (rpm), adding grinding auxiliary agent, grinding for 0.5-1 hour, entering in second-stage colloid mill by automatic control valve, where second-stage colloid mill speed is 5000-8000 rpm, adding stripping agent, grinding for 1-3 hours, entering in third-stage colloid mill by automatic control valve, where third-stage colloid mill speed is 10000-12000 rpm, adding dispersing agent, dispersing for 0.5-1 hour, adjusting the rotation speed at 1000-2000 rpm, adding film-forming agent, dispersing for 5-10 minutes, and obtaining graphene composite dispersion. The multi-stage series colloid mill comprises first-stage colloid mill-third-stage colloid mill having grinding teeth roughness of 30-50 mu m, 10-15 mu m, and 2-5 mu m, respectively, and grinding teeth extrusion force of 0.5 MPa, 1.5 MPa and 2 MPa, respectively.
