NOVELTY - Preparing anode pole piece comprises (i) adding anode active material, conductive agent, and binder into organic solvent and uniformly mixing to obtain anode slurry, (ii) coating the anode electrode slurry on the anode current collector, drying and cold pressing to obtain the initial anode sheet, (iii) carrying out infrared vacuum drying on the initial anode pole piece at 100-120℃ to for 10-24 hours obtain anhydrous anode pole piece, where, the anode active material is Prussian blue material or layered oxide material, the molecular formula of Prussian blue material is AxMM'(CN)6y nH2O, A is an alkali metal ion, alkaline earth, and/or metal ions, M is the first transition metal, M' is the second transition metal, x is ≤0-2, y is ≤ 0.8-1, and n is ≤ 0-20, and the molecular formula of the layered oxide material is NaxTmO2, where Tm is a transition metal, and x is ≤ 0.5-1.
