NOVELTY - Anti-static coating comprises 20-35 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 15-20 pts. wt. water-based polyurethane, 5-13 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 7-15 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-6 pts. wt. graphene, 6-10 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 8-15 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 7-16 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 6-11 pts. wt. modified attapulgite soil, 10-15 pts. wt. filler, 5-9 pts. wt. antistatic agent and 2-5 pts. wt. defoamer. USE - The anti-static coating is useful in electrical cabinet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has flame retardant property and excellent antistatic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-static coating comprising (i) adding phenolic resin, epoxy resin into reactor, stirring at 195-205 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours to obtain reaction mixture A1, (ii) adding acrylic resin, aqueous polyurethane and graphene aqueous solution to mixture A1, stirring for 1-2 hours, adding nano-titanium dioxide, antimony trioxide, chlorinated paraffin and then stirring reaction for 0.5-2 hours to obtain mixture A2, and (iii) adding modified attapulgite, fillers, antistatic agents and defoamers to mixture A2, mixing and then placing in shear machine cut for 10-20 minutes to obtain anti-static coating.
