▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing solar water evaporation material comprises (i) fixing the porous metal foam and the metal foil face to face to obtain a double-layer metal framework composed of a metal foam and foil layer and fixing by welding or heat conducting adhesive; (ii) preparing the light absorbing surface on the surface of the metal foil layer of the three-layer metal framework to form a photo-thermal conversion layer and coating the black body coating on the surface using blade coating or spraying to form a black light absorbing surface with the thickness of 10-1000 m or using the laser direct writing mode for processing and roughening the surface of the metal foil layer to obtain the light absorbing micro structure; and (iii) dropping the aqueous solution of the hydrophilic polymer material into the metal foam layer of step, vacuum drying for 30-60 hours at -30 to -60 degrees C, freezing and drying to obtain the porous hydrophilic polymer evaporation structure in the metal foam layer. USE - The solar water evaporation material is useful in sea water desalting and phase change water producing device. ADVANTAGE - The method: produces solar water evaporation material with large specific surface area and high water evaporation rate, so it is good for mass production; can quickly realize seawater evaporation; and is simple and convenient to operate and easy to realize.
