▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Sound-proof polystyrene comprises 60-100 pts. wt. polystyrene triblock copolymer, 5-10 pts. wt. porous graphene oxide, 5-20 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.5-1 pts. wt. lubricant. The polystyrene triblock copolymer is (E)-4-chlorobut-2-enyl 2,2-dimethyl-6-(methylthiocarbonothioylthio)-6-phenyl-4-(2-(trimethoxysilyl)ethyl)-4-((trimethoxysilyl)methyl)hexanoate (I). USE - Used as sound-proof polystyrene. ADVANTAGE - The sound-proof polystyrene: has flexibility and enhancement; stable and durable impact resistance; and has uniform dispersion of porous graphene oxide in polystyrene material, which has sound insulation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Sound-proof polystyrene comprises 60-100 pts. wt. polystyrene triblock copolymer, 5-10 pts. wt. porous graphene oxide, 5-20 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.5-1 pts. wt. lubricant. The polystyrene triblock copolymer is (E)-4-chlorobut-2-enyl 2,2-dimethyl-6-(methylthiocarbonothioylthio)-6-phenyl-4-(2-(trimethoxysilyl)ethyl)-4-((trimethoxysilyl)methyl)hexanoate of formula (I). n = 15-50; m = 5-10; and p = 25-50. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing sound-proof polystyrene, comprising taking raw materials, mixing and extruding at room temperature in a high-speed mixer until the friction heat generated by the mixing makes the temperature of the material rise to 90-100 degrees C, discharging the material, cooling, sending the cooled mixture to the twin-screw extruder for melting and extrusion, cooling the extruded strips in a water tank and drawn into a pelletizer for granulation to obtain final product.
