NOVELTY - Method for preparing high-strength antistatic three-dimensional (3D) sheet involves i. arranging the glass fiber in the mixed solution of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) and sodium polystyrene sulfonate, immersing it, taking out the glass fiber cloth, adding phosphoric acid solution for immersion treatment; taking out the glass fiber cloth, and drying it to obtain the pretreated glass fiber cloth; iv. evenly coating the glue solution prepared in step ii. on the surface of the glass fiber cloth pretreated in step iii. to obtain a prepreg; v. attaching a release film to the surface of the prepreg , cutting the prepreg into different shapes, peeling off the release film, and laminating the prepregs layer by layer to form the prepreg to be pressed; and vi. placing the prepreg to be pressed in a mold, and molding. The resin is modified bisphenol A epoxy resin and/or modified phenolic resin. USE - Method for preparing high-strength antistatic three-dimensional sheet, that is for use in cover plates and protective sleeves of mobile phones, communication equipment and other electronic products. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method of high-strength antistatic three-dimensional sheet has good mechanical strength, excellent antistatic property, heat dissipation property and heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing high-strength antistatic three-dimensional (3D) sheet involves i. mixing nano-diamond powder and toluene solvent to obtain nano-diamond dispersion; under nitrogen atmosphere, drop nano-diamond dispersion into red aluminum solution, under the protection of inert gas, heating up the reaction, washing with distilled water, and drying to constant weight to obtain pretreatment of nano-diamond powder; ii. dissolving the resin in an organic solvent, adding a cross-linking agent, an antioxidant, and pre-treated nano-diamond powder, stirring uniformly, then adding a curing agent, stirring uniformly, to obtain a glue solution; iii. arranging the glass fiber in the mixed solution of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) and sodium polystyrene sulfonate, immersing it, taking out the glass fiber cloth, adding phosphoric acid solution for immersion treatment; taking out the glass fiber cloth, and drying it to obtain the pretreated glass fiber cloth; iv. evenly coating the glue solution prepared in step ii. on the surface of the glass fiber cloth pretreated in step iii. to obtain a prepreg; v. attaching a release film to the surface of the prepreg , cutting the prepreg into different shapes, peeling off the release film, and laminating the prepregs layer by layer to form the prepreg to be pressed; and vi. placing the prepreg to be pressed in a mold, and molding. The resin is modified bisphenol A epoxy resin and/or modified phenolic resin. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for high-strength antistatic three-dimensional sheet.
