NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene oxide-ceramic composite nanofiltration membrane comprises (i) cutting tubular ceramic membrane with the inner wall aluminum oxide, purging, ultrasonic generator, drying, (ii) soaking tubular ceramic membrane in aqueous solution of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, washing and drying, (iii) adding concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated phosphoric acid into graphite powder, stirring, cooling and stirring, (iv) adjusting pH value, ultrasonic reacting, (v) packing, cleaning, purging and (vi) adding polyethylene imine solution into filling tube, cleaning and purging. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene oxide-ceramic composite nanofiltration membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method has high rejection rate of inorganic salt and large permeation flux. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a graphene oxide-ceramic composite nanofiltration membrane comprises (i) cutting the tubular ceramic membrane with the inner wall aluminum oxide of into 22 cm long, purging the tubular ceramic membrane surface with an air gun, processing in an ultrasonic generator for 1 hours, drying at 110 degrees C for 1.5 hours, (ii) soaking the tubular ceramic membrane processed in the step (i) in aqueous solution of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, washing for 3 times with de-ionized water and drying in a oven at 110 degrees C for 2 hours, (iii) adding concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated phosphoric acid into the graphite powder, stirring, adding potassium permanganate, stirring and reacting at 50 degrees C for 10-15 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, adding hydrogen peroxide solution with mass concentration of 30% and stirring for 30-50 minutes, (iv) adjusting the pH value of the solution is 6-7, ultrasonic reacting on power of 200 W for 1 hours, rotating speed of the 4000 revolutions/minutes, centrifuging for 10-20 minutes, where the upper layer centrifugal liquid is the graphene oxide solution, (v) packing the graphene oxide solution obtained in the step (iv) into the tube of the tubular ceramic membrane obtained in step (2 step (4) to obtain the graphene oxide solution tank pipe of tubular ceramic membrane obtained in the step (ii), removing out the graphene oxide solution for 15 minutes, cleaning the inner wall of tubular ceramic membrane with de-ionized water for 2 minutes, purging the inner wall of the tubular ceramic membrane with air gun and (vi) adding the polyethylene imine solution into the filling tube of tubular ceramic membrane, removing aqueous solution of polyethylene imine for 15 minutes, cleaning the inner wall of tubular ceramic membrane with de-ionized water for 2 minutes and purging the tubular ceramic membrane inner wall with air gun blowing.
