▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphite oxide is ultrasonically dispersed in deionized water, to form a suspension. To obtained suspension, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide is added. To obtained solution, pyrrole is added and maintained at 0-4 degrees C for 2-3 hours to fully absorb pyrrole on graphene oxide nanosheet. To obtained product, organic acid and ammonium persulfate are added and then uniformly stirred at 1-4 degrees C for 5-6 hours. The obtained product is washed, filtered and then vacuum dried, to obtain graphite oxide/conductive polypyrrole nanocomposite material. USE - Manufacture of graphene oxide/conductive polypyrrole nanocomposite material used for lithium ion-battery, sensor, electronic device and fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical manufacture of graphene oxide/conductive polypyrrole nanocomposite material having excellent heat capacity and stability, by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite oxide is ultrasonically dispersed in deionized water, to form a suspension (0.03-1.14 mg/mL). To obtained suspension, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (0.025-0.038 mol/L) is added and then stirred, to dissolve graphene oxide suspension. To obtained solution, pyrrole solution is added (0.04-0.06 mol/L) and is maintained at 0-4 degrees C for 2-3 hours to fully absorb pyrrole on graphene oxide nanosheet. To obtained product, organic acid and ammonium persulfate (0.16-0.24 mol/L) are added and then uniformly stirred at 1-4 degrees C for 5-6 hours. The obtained product is washed, filtered and then vacuum dried, to obtain graphite oxide/conductive polypyrrole nanocomposite material.
