The outer surface of the crossarm is coated with a bird graphene based coating, where the graphene based coating material comprises 20-55 pts. wt. graphene, 20-55 pts. wt. epoxy-modified silicone resin, 20-55 pts. wt. silicon nitride, 20-55 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 20-55 pts. wt. acetylene black, 20-55 pts. wt. eucalyptus oil, 1-15 pts. wt. acrylate, 1-15 pts. wt. 2,4,6-tris (dimethylaminomethyl) phenol, 1-15 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, 1-15 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 1-15 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 1-15 pts. wt. vapor phase aluminum oxide, 1-15 pts. wt. aluminum silicate fiber, 1-15 pts. wt. phosphoric acid ester by triisopropylbenzene, 1-15 pts. wt. ammonium carbonate, 1-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 1-15 pts. wt. folium artemisiae argyi, 1-15 pts. wt. rushes, 1-15 pts. wt. musk, 1-15 pts. wt. iron powder, and 1-15 pts. wt silica sol. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene based coating material, which involves: (A) weighing the ingredients according to the composition; (B) adding graphene, epoxy-modified silicone resin, silicon nitride, and acetylene black in a mill and crushing 3 minutes, adding eucalyptus oil, and stirring in a homomixer for 20 minutes; and (C) adding acrylate, 2,4,6-tris (dimethylaminomethyl) phenol, dibutyl tin dilaurate, styrene-acrylic emulsion, sodium tripolyphosphate, fumed alumina, aluminum silicate fiber, tricalcium phosphate ester cumene, ammonium carbonate, titanium dioxide, folium artemisiae argyi, rushes, musk, iron powder, and silica sol, and mixing by stirring at 45 degrees C for 40 minutes to obtain the graphene-based coating material.
