▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene conductive alumina ceramic material comprises (i) dispersing graphene in a liquid silicone gel, (ii) subjecting alumina powder to compounding treatment, surface treatment and drying treatment, (iii) uniformly mixing the graphene-dispersed silicone gel in step (i) with the alumina powder treated in step (ii), (iv) subjecting the mixed materials in step (iii) to molding, hot-pressing vulcanization, and product size trimming treatment, (v) subjecting the product to preliminary hot-pressing cracking, and (vi) subjecting the product to pressureless high-temperature ceramic sintering under vacuum. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene conductive alumina ceramic material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good compactness, excellent mechanical property and conductivity.
