NOVELTY - Composite pre-dispersed masterbatch comprises 40-45 wt.% graphene, 25-36 wt.% tellurium diethyldithiocarbamate, 5-18 wt.% ethylene propylene diene monomer, 3-6 wt.% ethylenediaminopropyl trimethoxysilane, 1-4 wt.% triethanolamine oleate, 1-2 wt.% saturated fatty acid zinc, 1-3 wt.% diethyl glutarate and 2-8 wt.% rubber oil. USE - Composite pre-dispersed masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The composite pre-dispersed masterbatch is eco-friendly and cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite pre-dispersed masterbatch, which involves: (A) preparing each raw material needed by the mother particles; (B) grinding tellurium diethyldithiocarbamate, till the grain diameter is 100 mu m; (C) mixing the graphene and ethylene propylene diene rubber, where mixture is divided in three parts; (D) heating mixer at 75 degrees C; (E) adding 1/3 of ethylene propylene diene rubber and 1/3 of graphene firstly; (F) stirring the obtained mixture with speed of 75r/min; (G) adding 1/3 of graphene and ethylenediaminopropyl trimethoxysilane; (H) stirring the obtained mixture with speed of 75r/min; (I) adding 1/3 of ethylene propylene diene rubber and 1/3 graphite; (J) stirring the obtained mixture with speed of 80r/min for 2 minutes; (K) adding 1/3 of ethylene propylene diene rubber, tellurium diethyldithiocarbamate, triethanolamine, saturated fatty acid, diethyl glutarate and rubber oil in the obtained mixture; (L) stirring the obtained mixture with speed of 80r/min; (M) heating the obtained mixture at 70 degrees C; (N) discharging and obtaining rubber material; (O) controlling the main given speed at 70r/min; (P) feeding the glue material with the speed of 30-45r/min; (Q) dividing extruder into seven sections, where temperature of the first section is 45-55 degrees C and temperature of the second section to the seventh section is 60-70 degrees C; (R) passing the mixture through 100 meshes of screen filtering; and (S) extruding and pelletizing the obtained mixture.
