NOVELTY - Fluorinated graphene supported metal organic frameworks (MOFs)/modified epoxy resin superhydrophobic coating material comprises 100 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin, 1-20 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene supported MOFs nanomaterials and 30-40 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Fluorinated graphene supported metal organic frameworks/modified epoxy resin superhydrophobic coating material. ADVANTAGE - The fluorinated graphene supported metal organic frameworks (MOFs)/modified epoxy resin superhydrophobic coating material has improved corrosion resistance and freezing resistance of epoxy resin, hydrophobicity and the aging resistance of a composite material and enhanced impact strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing fluorinated graphene supported MOFs/modified epoxy resin superhydrophobic coating material, which involves i. taking 10-20 g fluorinated graphene and 1-5 g MOFs nano material, dispersing in 50-100 ml N,N-dimethylformamide, heating to 150-180 °C under the protection of nitrogen, reacting for 24-48 hours, then vacuum drying for 8-12 hours at 80 °C, naturally cooling to obtain the fluorinated graphene-loaded MOFs nano material; ii. adding 10-20 g trimethoxy (1H,1H,2H,2H-heptadecafluorodecyl) and 10 ml ethanol water into 100g epoxy, magnetically stirring for 10-30 minutes at room temperature, condensing and refluxing for 5-10 hours at 60-70 °C, removing the solvent from the mixture by rotary reduced pressure distillation to obtain the modified epoxy resin; iii. mixing 100g modified epoxy resin, 1-20 g fluorinated graphene loaded MOFs and 30-40 g curing agent, adding 5-20 ml absolute ethyl alcohol, ultrasonically dispersing for 10-30 minutes, pouring into a mold, vacuumizing and defoaming, and curing in a vacuum drying oven at 25-30 °C for 24-48 hours.
