▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesizing graphene oxide/zinc phosphate composite anticorrosive pigment by in-situ autothermal synthesis, comprises (i) taking graphene oxide and zinc nitrate solids and adding deionized water to form a dispersion system; (ii) slowly adding sodium phosphate solution into the above system dropwise under ultrasonic dispersion conditions; (iii) reacting zinc nitrate and sodium phosphate, taking out the reaction vessel from an ultrasonic disperser and allowing to stand at room temperature; and (iv) washing the obtained precipitate with deionized water, drying in an oven and grinding. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing graphene oxide/zinc phosphate composite anticorrosive pigment by in-situ autothermal synthesis. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes the heat released during the reaction of the phosphate with the zinc ions to form zinc phosphate, increases the temperature of the entire reaction system, thus increasing the dispersion of graphene oxide in the system, where the dispersed graphene oxide is attached to the surface of the zinc phosphate nucleus which effectively inhibits the growth of zinc phosphate crystals, and the temperature of the reaction system drops, when the reaction between zinc nitrate and sodium phosphate is over, and dispersion of graphene oxide also decreases with decreasing temperature; and is low-cost.
