NOVELTY - Externally repaired graphene functionalized self-repairing microcapsules having cell structure comprises a repair agent coated with a capsule wall and a capsule wall covering, where the graphene is dispersed in the wall of the capsule, a series of micro-nano-sized microcapsules are dispersed in the repairing agent, which forms cell structure, and the micro-nano-sized microcapsules are coated with a curing agent. USE - Used as externally repaired graphene functionalized self-repairing microcapsules having cell structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the microcapsules, comprising (i) preparing an oil-in-water silane emulsion 1, (iia) stirring isocyanate repair agent, solvent and emulsifier at room temperature at 6000-9000 revolutions/minute for 80-120 minutes to obtain isocyanate repair agent emulsion 2a1, (iib) stirring curing agent, solvent and emulsifier at room temperature at 4000-7000 revolutions/minute for 60-180 minutes to obtain curing agent emulsion 2b1, and (iic) adding the isocyanate repairing agent emulsion 2a1 dropwise to the curing agent emulsion 2b1, and stirring at room temperature for 1-2 hours at 2000-6000 revolutions/minute to obtain micro-nano microcapsule emulsion 2 coated with a curing agent, (iii) vacuum-treating of graphene powder in an oxygen plasma apparatus, introducing oxygen, connecting the functional groups on the surface of the graphene to obtain modified graphene powder, dissolving the modified graphene powder in solvent, and uniformly stirring at 1000-2000 revolutions/minute to obtain modified graphene emulsion 3, and (iva) uniformly stirring curing agent, emulsifier and solvent at room temperature at 4000-6000 revolutions/minute for 70-100 minutes to obtain curing agent emulsion 4a2, (ivb) stirring isocyanate repair agent, modified graphene emulsion 3, dispersant and solvent at room temperature at 3000-5000 revolutions/minute for 50-70 minutes to obtain isocyanate-graphene dispersion 4b2, (ivc) adding silane emulsion 1, micro-nano-sized microcapsule emulsion 2 and emulsifier to the isocyanate-graphene dispersion 4b2, emulsifying at room temperature for 1-2 hours at 1500-3500 revolutions/minute to obtain complex emulsion, dropping curing agent emulsion 4a2 to the complex emulsion, stirring for 2-3 hours at 50-70 degrees C at a speed of 1000-2500 revolutions/minute to obtain external repair internal graphene functionalized self-repairing microcapsule emulsion having a cell structure, and (ivd) centrifuging, washing, and drying the emulsion.
