▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Selective coating of nanomaterial involves preparing a nanomaterial dispersion solution by mixing and dispersing the nanomaterial with a dispersion solvent, applying the nanomaterial dispersion solution to a surface of a substrate, and applying ultrasonic vibrations to the substrate to remove a portion of the nanomaterial applied to the surface of the substrate. USE - Selective coating of nanomaterial e.g. carbon nanotubes, graphene, fullerene and metal nanowires (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to antistatic material, electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding and absorption material, interfacial adhesion reinforcement material, heat dissipation material, heat generation material, carbon nanotube-coated microelectromechanical system (MEMS) device, microactuator, microswitch, microsensor, microfluidic device, etc. ADVANTAGE - The method enables selective coating of nanomaterial with desired thickness on surface of fine metal pattern in simple and easy manner.
