NOVELTY - The composite material electrode has carbon cloth arranged in a template to grow. A porous carbon nanometre array is formed by using alkali water phase catalytic molecular coalescence to prepare nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot by electro-deposition. The nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot is loaded into porous carbon nanometer array. Nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot/carbon nanometer array/carbon cloth (N-GQD/CNS/CC) self-supporting composite structure is formed. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot/porous carbon nanometer array/carbon cloth composite material electrode. ADVANTAGE - The composite material electrode is environment-friendly, and has high capacitive energy and wide range of applications.
