▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Functionalized graphene-sodium alginate gel microsphere composite adsorbent is claimed. The composite adsorbent is obtained by (i) adding hydrochloric acid solution into the conical flask, dispersing 4-aminothiophenol and graphene oxide, adding sodium nitrite, reacting at 0-5 degrees C for 24-36 hours, centrifuging and separating to remove solvent, washing with ethanol and distilled water to obtain mercapto functional graphene, (ii) adding distilled water and sodium alginate into conical flask, stirring, dropping allyl succinic anhydride, adding sodium hydroxide to adjust pH value of solution to neutral, reacting, adding ethanol into precipitate, filtering solvent, acetone and ethanol to wash, (iii) adding distilled water solvent and mercapto functional graphene into conical bottle, dispersing, adding alkenyl sodium alginate, heating, reacting, then adding saturated calcium chloride solution, stirring, allowing to stand and aging for crosslinking, filtering solvent, and washing. USE - Used as functionalized graphene-sodium alginate gel microsphere composite adsorbent. ADVANTAGE - The composite adsorbent is rich in carboxy groups, sulfhydryl groups and hydroxy groups; has strong chelating adsorption and coordination complexation for heavy metal ions including lead(II) and mercury(II), and has excellent adsorption and sewage treatment effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Functionalized graphene-sodium alginate gel microsphere composite adsorbent is claimed. The composite adsorbent is obtained by (i) adding hydrochloric acid solution into the conical flask, dispersing 4-aminothiophenol and graphene oxide uniformly, adding sodium nitrite, reacting at 0-5 degrees C for 24-36 hours, centrifuging and separating to remove solvent, washing with ethanol and distilled water to obtain mercapto functional graphene, (ii) adding distilled water and sodium alginate into conical flask, stirring for 6-12 hours, then dropping allyl succinic anhydride, then adding sodium hydroxide to adjust pH value of the solution to neutral, reacting for 3-8 hours at 25-35 degrees C, adding ethanol into precipitate, filtering solvent, acetone and ethanol to wash to obtain alkenyl sodium alginate, (iii) adding distilled water solvent and mercapto functional graphene into conical bottle, dispersing uniformly, adding alkenyl sodium alginate, heating to 50-80 degrees C, reacting for 4-8 hours, then adding saturated calcium chloride solution, stirring uniformly, allowing to stand and aging for crosslinking for 12-24 hours, filtering solvent, washing by distilled water to obtain functionalized graphene-sodium alginate gel microsphere composite adsorbent.
