▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The structure has a substrate layer whose side part is provided with a gas flow passage, where thickness of the substrate layer and a micro-porous layer is about 3.0-5.0 mm. Another side part of the substrate layer is connected with the micro-porous layer. The substrate layer is made of metal fiber felt. The micro-porous layer is provided with a copper-graphene composite film, where thickness of the micro- porous layer is about 0.05-0.15 mm, depth of the gas flow passage is about 2.5-3.0 mm, diameter of a metal fiber is about 0.01-0.03 mm, and length of the metal fiber is about 10-15 mm. USE - Fuel cell gas diffusion layer structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure increases mechanical strength, drainage and air permeability and reduces contact resistance.
