NOVELTY - The modulator has a D-type optical fiber whose optical fiber cladding is stripped with a certain thickness on one side so that the optical fiber cladding thickness of the fiber core at the stripping position is 0.8-1.2 microns. The optical fiber cladding outside the self-stripping fiber core is orderly provided with the following laminated structure along the radial direction.
