▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing hot-press sintered composite tool electrode comprises (i) taking graphene oxide, tungsten carbide, cobalt powder in the ball milling pot, adding de-ionized water as abrasive, placing a ball mill tank in a ball mill for mixing ball milling at set speed to obtain mixture, (ii) drying the mixture in drying box, incubating, sieving to obtain graphene oxide/tungsten carbide/cobalt composite material, (iii) adding graphene oxide/tungsten carbide/cobalt composite material into graphite mold, placing in hot pressing sintering furnace under pressure and temperature of the sintering molding, introducing argon gas to protect, incubating to obtain composite material tool electrode head, (iv) bonding the composite material tool electrode head the copper electrode with a conductive silver paste, placing in an oven for heat preservation, where the set pressure is 20-30 Mpa, the set temperature is 800-1100 degrees C, and the flow rate of argon gas is 3-8 ml/ min, and holding time is 30-80 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing hot-press sintered composite tool electrode.
