NOVELTY - Acrylic acid modified super-branched star polyester flatting agent, which is prepared by vacuum-dehydrating ε-caprolactone, mixing e.g. ε-caprolactone, stannous octoate catalyst under the protection of inert gas, raising the temperature, mixing super-branched star polyester polyol, acrylic acid, strong solvent, hydroquinone, p-hydroxyanisole and p-toluenesulfonic acid, feeding air, heating, refluxing to react until acid value is below 10 mg potassium hydroxide/pts. wt., vacuumizing and removing strong solvent to obtain acrylic acid-terminated super-branched polyester, adding strong ketone solvent in acrylic acid-terminated super-branched polyester, mixing, heating, mixing butyl methacrylate, lauryl acrylate, hexafluorobutyl methacrylate, dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate and initiator second to obtain compound, adding the second mixture to the first mixture, reacting, cooling, removing the solvent to obtain the acrylic modified super-branched star-shaped polyester flatting agent. USE - Used as acrylic modified super-branched star polyester flatting agent. ADVANTAGE - The agent: improves the distinct image of the roll aluminum coating and can improve the compatibility with the aluminum coil coating, thus improving the flatting property and gloss of the aluminum coil coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Acrylic acid modified super-branched star polyester flatting agent, which is prepared by (a) preparation of super-branched star-shaped polyester polyol: vacuum-dehydrating ε-caprolactone, mixing ε-caprolactone and dipentaerythritol in a molar ratio (5-7): 1 of monomer, mixing 0.08-0.12 wt.% stannous octoate catalyst of ε-caprolactone and dipentaerythritol monomer under the protection of inert gas, raising the temperature to 160-170℃ for 7-9 hours of heat preservation reaction to obtain super-branched star-shaped polyester polyol, (b) preparation of acrylic acid-terminated super-branched polyester: mixing 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. super-branched star polyester polyol, 5-7 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 0.5-0.7 pts. wt. strong solvent, 0.008-0.012 pts. wt. hydroquinone, 0.04-0.06 pts. wt. p-hydroxyanisole and 0.08-0.12 pts. wt. p-toluenesulfonic acid, feeding air, heating up to 80-90℃, refluxing for 4-6 hours to react until the acid value is below 10 mg potassium hydroxide/pts. wt., vacuumizing and removing the strong solvent to obtain acrylic acid-terminated super-branched polyester and (c) preparation of acrylic acid modified super-branched star polyester flatting agent: adding strong ketone solvent in the acrylic acid-terminated super-branched polyester, mixing evenly, heating up to 95-105℃ to obtain the first mixture, mixing uniformly 15-25 pts. wt. butyl methacrylate, 10-20 pts. wt. lauryl acrylate, 8-15 pts. wt. hexafluorobutyl methacrylate, 3-5 pts. wt. dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate and 2-5 pts. wt. initiator second to obtain compound, adding the second mixture to the first mixture within 3 hours under the condition of heat preservation, raising the temperature to 115-125℃, reacting for 3.5-5 hours, cooling and removing the solvent to obtain the acrylic modified super-branched star-shaped polyester flatting agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a roll aluminum coating comprising 5-9 wt.% amino resin, 25-35 wt.% titanium dioxide, 0.5-1 wt.% dispersant,2-5 wt.% butyl acetate, 2-5 wt.% mixed dibasic acid ester, 0.2-0.6 wt.% acid catalyst, 1-3 wt.% adhesion promoter, 0.1-0.8 wt.% wax powder, 0.6-1.2 wt.% acrylic modified super-branched star polyester flatting agent, 0.2-0.6 wt.% silane coupling agent, 1.2-2.5 wt.% chelating agent and polyester resin (remaining amount).
