NOVELTY - The method comprises performing microwave irradiation of a mixture of metal precursor, foaming agent and oxidation graphite. The metal precursor is present in an amount of 1-500 pts. wt. The foaming agent is present in an amount of 1-500 pts. wt. The microwave irradiation step is carried out at an intensity of 100-2000 W for 1-600 seconds. The method further comprises performing ultrasonic wave processing. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing a graphene sheet (claimed), which is useful in a LCD device, organic light-emitting device, electronic paper display device, LED, a solar cell, an image sensor and super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures economical, simple and rapid manufacture of the graphene sheet with high conductivity, increased optical transmittance rate, excellent electrical characteristic and low contact resistance.
