Then thiourea is added for ultrasonic dispersion and mixing, and the reaction solution is placed in a reaction kettle to perform a heat preservation reaction. After the heat preservation reaction is completed, the intermediate product is recovered, and the intermediate product is annealed under the condition of oxygen isolation in a heating furnace to obtain the obtained product.
