NOVELTY - Internal drag-reducing coating material comprises 40-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. modified graphene body, 10-20 pts. wt. sepiolite fiber coordinated adjustment solution, 1-3 pts. wt. defoamer, 2-6 pts. wt. reactive diluent, 3-6 pts. wt. phenalkamine curing agent, and 55-65 pts. wt. acetone solvent. USE - The internal drag-reducing coating material is used for geothermal conveying pipeline used in oil exploration and development of petroleum or natural gas, and used in drilling of boreholes. ADVANTAGE - The anti-drag coating material: utilizes epoxy resin as matrix to add modified graphene body, sepiolite fiber synergistic adjusting liquid as complex coordination agent, both of them raw material synergistic effect; enhances the interfacial effect of the product and the performance stability of the improved product; and provides the improved geothermal conveying pipe with improved corrosion resistance. The coating material utilizes epoxy resin as a matrix to add modified graphene body and sepiolite fiber synergistic adjustment liquid as a compound coordinator, and the two raw materials are synergistically synergistic to enhance the interface effect of the product and the performance stability of the product.
