▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing rGO modified zinc oxide-based sensing material comprises (a) mixing graphene oxide dispersion with zinc oxide to obtain a mixed solution, (b) subjecting the mixed solution to a hydrothermal reaction to obtain a precipitate, and (c) centrifuging the precipitate, washing, and drying. USE - The rGO-modified zinc oxide-based sensing material is useful in gas detection, preferably nitrogen dioxide, carbon dioxide, methanol, ethanol and methyl ether (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rGO-modified ZnO material has a response to gas more than 4 times higher, and better gas sensitivity.
