NOVELTY - The method for preparing 6061 alloy-based nickel-graphene reinforced heteropolymer composite material, involves adding nickel nitrate hexahydrate, glucose, sodium chloride and deionized water, freeze-drying the mixed solution to obtain precursor powder, washing sodium chloride template with deionized water to obtain nickel-graphene heteropolymer, placing obtained nickel-graphene heteropolymer and 6061 alloy powder in ball mill, vacuum filling with argon, carrying out intermittent ball milling process and vacuum hot pressing to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing 6061 alloy-based nickel-graphene reinforced heteropolymer composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of 6061 alloy-based nickel-graphene reinforced heteropolymer composite material with excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing 6061 alloy-based nickel-graphene reinforced heteropolymer composite material, involves (1) adding nickel nitrate hexahydrate, glucose, sodium chloride and deionized water in ratio of 0.5-2:1-5:40-60, freeze-drying the mixed solution to obtain precursor powder, calcining and reducing using chemical vapor deposition, finally, washing the sodium chloride template with deionized water to obtain nickel-graphene heteropolymer, (2) placing obtained nickel-graphene heteropolymer and 6061 alloy powder in ball mill in mass ratio of 1:50-300, vacuum filling with argon as protective atmosphere, carrying out intermittent ball milling process to obtain nickel-graphene/6061 alloy-based composite powder, and (3) placing obtained composite powder at 580 degrees C, vacuum hot pressing at 45 MPa for one hour to obtain final product.
