NOVELTY - A flame-retardant low-viscosity rubber asphalt is prepared by (S1) taking modified rubber powder and placing in oven at 80-100degrees Celsius, and preheating and activating for 1-2 hours, (S2) adding base asphalt to reaction kettle, heating at 140degreesC, adding activated modified rubber powder, stirring, and increasing temperature to 200degreesC to obtain rubber asphalt, (S3) taking biomass heavy oil, adding flame retardant and emulsifier, mixing evenly, preheating at 170-190degrees Celsius, adding mixture to rubber asphalt, heating with stirring at 190-200degrees Celsius at 1000 rpm for 30 minutes, adding warm-mixing agent, heat-preserving at 190-200degreesC, and stirring for 10 minutes at 1000 rpm, adding calcium carbonate and ferric oxide, heat-preserving at 190-200degreesC, and stirring at 2000-3000 rpm for 0.5-2 hours, (S4) cooling to 160degreesC for 1 hour, and reducing stirring speed to 1000 rpm, cooling to 140degreesC for 1 hour, and stirring at 500 rpm, and naturally cooling to room temperature. USE - Flame-retardant low-viscosity rubber asphalt. ADVANTAGE - The rubber asphalt ensures enhanced compatibility, reduced viscosity, reduces the construction difficulty and energy consumption, has enhanced flame retardance, effectively inhibits the release of smoke and hydrogen sulfide gas under high temperature rubber asphalt, and is environmentally-friendly.
