NOVELTY - Heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating based on few-layer graphene comprises component A and B, where A component comprises 1-7 wt.% few-layer graphene, 10-35 wt.% epoxy resin and 1-3 wt.% aluminium paste. The B component comprises 30-65 wt.% solvent and 1-3 wt.% epoxy curing accelerator. USE - Heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating based on few-layer graphene used in steel structure, crude oil storage tank, ship, offshore platform and marine wind power device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating based on few-layer graphene is eco-friendly and has strong adhesive force (not less than 13MPa), acid corrosion resistant (5% H 2 ) and acid/alkali corrosion resistance, hydrogen sulfide corrosion resistant, high adhesion, strong salt fog/wet heat resistance and so characteristics, it can satisfy for preventing corrosion of various metal base material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating based on few-layer graphene, which involves adding the graphene, filler, dispersant, solvent into the shearing stirrer, high speed cutting is not less than 30 min, the rotating speed is not less than 2000rpm, adding the epoxy resin of the proportion into the few layers of graphene, using sand mill to grind until the fineness is less than or equal to 40 microns, adding the aluminium slurry of the proportion in the mixture obtained, cutting at high speed for not less than 30℃ to obtain the epoxy resin A component, according to the needed proportion, mixing the curing agent, epoxy curing accelerator, solvent and dispersing to obtain the epoxy resin B component.
