▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A method for preparing injectable temperature-sensitive hydrogel involves (S1) dissolving polyether F127 diacrylate in water to form a micelle structure, and generating an internal hydrophobic core and an external hydrophilic shell, (S2) adding fat-soluble vitamin E or its derivatives, performing ultrasonic treatment after vortexing, and stirring uniformly to ensure that the micelle core fully loads the vitamin E or its derivatives, (S3) adding a conductive substance, and uniformly dispersing to enhance the conductivity of the material, (S4) adding arginine-glycine-aspartic acid modified dopamine to respectively enhance adhesion and biocompatibility of the material, and (S5) adding dissolved photoinitiator lithium phenyl (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphinate (LAP) to improve stability of the material, and irradiating the material with preset wavelength light to form a gel after uniformly stirring. USE - The injectable temperature-sensitive hydrogel is useful for repairing myocardial infarction (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material is quickly gelatinized and attached to surface of the tissue in body temperature environment when injected into the myocardial infarction area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a hydrogel synthesized by the above method.
