NOVELTY - Thermally conductive film comprises successively a first graphite heat dissipation layer (1), a thermally conductive layer (2) and a second graphite heat dissipation layer (3). The thermally conductive layer (2) includes 64-76 pts. wt. acrylic adhesive, 16-24 pts. wt. µm or nm carbon base powder, 8-12 pts. wt. µm or nm metal powder and 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent. USE - Used as thermally conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting conductive film has excellent conductivity, and improved thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the film, comprising (1) reacting raw materials of thermally conductive layer under uniform stirring to obtain the thermally conductive coating, (2) coating the thermally conductive coating on one surface of the release film layer, and curing the thermally conductive coating to form a thermally conductive layer (2), and (3) compounding the release film layer is torn off, and the first graphite heat dissipation layer (1) and the second graphite heat dissipation layer (3) on both surfaces of the heat conduction and electric conduction layer (2) to prepare a heat conduction and conduction film.
