NOVELTY - A graphene/lignin-based activated carbon composite preparing method involves dissolving lignin and alkaline substances in deionized water, stirring, evaporating to dryness to prepare lignin-based activated carbon. Oxidated lignin is mixed with activated carbon graphite, ultrasonic dispersed, crosslinking agent is added, at room temperature, and dried to obtain oxidized graphite/lignin-based activated carbon composites, followed by dispersing graphite oxide/lignin-based activated carbon composites and potassium hydroxide in deionized water, filtering, drying to obtain finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene/lignin-based activated carbon composite for use in supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The carbon composite has greater surface area, mass transfer resistance, superior conductivity, and high performance, and can be prepared in simple, and cost effective manner. Oxidated lignin is mixed with activated carbon graphite, ultrasonic dispersed, crosslinking agent is added, at room temperature, and dried to obtain oxidized graphite/lignin-based activated carbon composites, followed by dispersing graphite oxide/lignin-based activated carbon composites and potassium hydroxide in deionized water, mixing, filtering, drying after mixed under reducing atmosphere with an inert gas to obtain finished product.
