▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-titanium crystal nanometer particle composite additive comprises (i) adding amine source solution dropwise to the graphene oxide dispersion, subjecting to ultrasonic dispersion for 3-8 hours to obtain amino functionalized graphene hydrogel by hydrothermal reaction, crushing obtained amino functionalized graphene hydrogel, dispersing in water, atomizing, condensing at a low temperature, and then freezing and drying to obtain a graphene aerogel micropowder; and (ii) adding the graphene aerogel micropowder to the titanium source solution, adding glucose, heating at 100-120 degrees C, reacting for 2-8 hours, drying and calcining. USE - The graphene-titanium crystal nanometer particle composite additive is useful in the field of lubricating oil, plating liquid and in rubber material tyer tread layer ( all claimed) and in the field of automobile, machinery and building. ADVANTAGE - The composite additive has strong intensity, good self-lubricating property, excellent dispersibility, stability, super-hydrophobic and super-oleophylic characteristic, dissipation and cleaning function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-titanium crystal nanometer particle composite additive prepared as mentioned above.
