NOVELTY - A polyester film is manufactured by acquiring mechanically recycled polyester pellet by granulating by physical regeneration of a portion of regenerated polyester material, acquiring chemical recycled polyester pellet by granulating by chemical regeneration of other portions of regenerated polyester material, adding 5-35 pts. wt. chemically recycled electrostatic adhesion polyester chip which contains chemically recycled polyester pellets containing electrostatic adhesion additive (pinning additives), i.e. metal salt, mixing mechanically and chemically recycled polyester pellets, melting, forming polyester film layer, and laminating. Each of the two-layered polyester film layer is a white polyester film layer and a black polyester film layer. White additive is further contained in the white polyester film layer, and black additive is further contained in the black polyester film layer. USE - Manufacture of laminated polyester film (claimed) for use as film for printing, packaging film, barrier film, curtain, light-shielding film, tape, label, etc. ADVANTAGE - The polyester film has high ratio of recycled polyester raw material by adding chemically recycled electrostatic adhesion polyester chip which contains electrostatic adhesion additive (pinning additives). It is not necessary to add a virgin polyester chip, or only a small amount of virgin polyester chips is added, making the polyester film environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for polyester film which is manufactured so that all of polyester film layers of the laminated structure of polyester film are made of recycled regenerated polyester material. Content of electrostatic adhesion additive is 0.005-0.1 wt.%.
