▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Ternary conductive filler comprises magnetic iron oxide nano-particle loaded on the silver nanowire intercalation graphene material surface. The silver nanowire intercalation graphene material is composed of graphene nano sheet and core-shell material inserted between the graphene nano sheet. The core-shell material is composed of one-dimensional silver nano-wire and poly-dopamine coated on the surface of the one-dimensional silver nano-wire. USE - The shielding film is useful in the flexible electromagnetic shielding (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has good flexible electromagnetic shielding performance and a good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a magnetoelectric coupling electromagnetic shielding film, which is obtained by casting and drying the slurry. The slurry comprises the ternary conductive filler, polyvinyl alcohol and water. The mass ratio of the silver nanowire intercalation graphene filler and the polyvinyl alcohol is not greater than 50%, the mass ratio of the polyvinyl alcohol and the deionized water is 5-15%; and (2) preparing magnetoelectric coupling electromagnetic shielding film comprising (1) adding silver nano-wire into the Tris-HCl buffer solution, stirring uniformly, adding dopamine hydrochloride to react in the dark environment to obtain the mixed solution, (2) adding graphene nano sheet into the mixed solution, continuously reacting, centrifuging and separating the precipitate, washing the precipitate, drying to obtain the silver nanowire intercalation graphene filler, (3) adding the silver nanowire intercalation graphene filler and magnetic iron oxide nano-particles into deionized water for ultrasonic treatment, filtering, drying to obtain ternary conductive filler and (4) adding the ternary conductive filler and polyvinyl alcohol into the deionized water, reacting until the polyvinyl alcohol is completely dissolved under the condition of stirring to obtain slurry, casting and drying the slurry to obtain the magneto-electric coupling electromagnetic shielding film.
