▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - UV-moisture dual-curing tri-proof paint comprises 10-15 pts. wt. polymethyl acrylate, 40-45 pts. wt. acrylate monomer, 140-150 pts. wt. ethyl cyanoacetate, 95-100 pts. wt. formaldehyde, 0.3-1 pts. wt. condensing agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. polymerization inhibitor, 6-8 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 3-5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. fluorescent agent and 0.5-2 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - The paint is useful in preparing coating for preparing electronic device coated with coating on surface of electronic device main body (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint is light-curable, energy saving and environment-friendly and free of volatile organic compounds (VOC) emission; and has improved curing speed in comparison with current polyurethane acrylic ester system; thus the paint ensures good production efficiency, aging resistance, high adhesive force and comprehensive performances. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing UV-moisture dual-curing tri-proof paint, comprising uniformly mixing polymethacrylate, condensing agent, acrylate monomer, ethyl cyanoacetate and formaldehyde, then heating and reacting at 65-70degrees Celsius for 1-2 hours in a reaction kettle, then heating to 110degrees Celsius, then decompressing and distilling the reaction kettle distillate, cooling to obtain an intermediate product, adding polymerization inhibitor, photoinitiator, anti-aging agent, fluorescent agent and auxiliary agent to the intermediate product to obtain the paint, and (2) preparing coating, comprising coating the dual-curing tri-proof paint on a base material, UV curing by LED light source with wavelength of 365 nm, and energy of 500 mJ/cm2, incubating at room temperature for 2-5 hours to process moisture curing, and obtaining UV-moisture dual-curing tri-proof paint coating.
