▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Wear-resistant composite packaging material, comprises 80-120 pts. wt. chlorinated butyl rubber, 60-80 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 20-40 pts. wt. carbon nanofibers, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. glass fiber, 18-22 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 16-20 pts. wt. ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, 3-9 pts. wt. plasticizer, 4-8 pts. wt. methyl silicone oil, 8-12 pts. wt. bamboo fiber, and 4-8 pts. wt. compatibilizer. USE - Wear-resistant composite packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The packaging material has excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, weather resistance, hydrophobicity, physiological inertness and small surface tension, low viscosity-temperature coefficient, and high compression resistance, which makes the overall better use effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing wear-resistant composite packaging material, which involves: i. weighing each raw material component according to the weight ratio; ii. putting weighed raw materials into the reactor for mixing and stirring, at rotating speed of 300-500 rpm, heating at 100-130degrees, and stirring for 15-25 minutes; iii. adding the plasticizer and the compatibilizer to the reaction kettle one after the other, at 160-180degrees, rotation speed of 450-500 rpm, stirring mixture for 25-30 minutes to obtain a composite mixture; iv. extruding the compound mixture through a twin screw extruder, where temperature of the die head of the twin screw extruder is 250-260degrees, the temperature of the screw barrel is 230-240degrees Celsius, and the screw speed is 500-600 rpm; and v. stretching and molding the composite material at the extruded portion by a stretch molding machine to obtain a composite packaging material.
