▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing aramid nanofiber graphene oxide konjac glucomannan composite film comprises (i) dispersing konjac glucomannan in ethanol, adding glycerol and lye, and stirring to obtain konjac glucomannan solution, (ii) dissolving graphene oxide in toluene to obtain graphene oxide sol, (iii) adding graphene oxide sol into the konjac glucomannan solution to obtain a composite solution glue of graphene oxide and konjac glucomannan, polymerizing graphene oxide and konjac glucomannan together, spreading sugar compound solution glue to form film material, and degassing and drying, (iv) uniformly mixing diluted aramid nanofiber dispersion and silver bromide solution to obtain a mixed solution, adding konjac glucomannan into the mixed solution to adjust the concentration and uniformly spraying on the membrane material, and performing suction filtration using the membrane material as a filter membrane to form a composite membrane, and (v) gelling the composite film and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing aramid nanofiber graphene oxide konjac glucomannan composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method greatly improves the mechanical strength and stability of the konjac glucomannan film, and graphene oxide improves the reinforcing effect of the aramid fiber, and the existence of the aramid nanofiber endows the composite material with a certain light-shielding performance.
