▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing bismuth oxide (BixOy)/cadmium sulfide (CdS) composite material loaded by graphene, comprises (i) adding sulfur salt solution into cadmium salt-graphene liquid for stirring reaction, aging, separating and taking the upper solid product to obtain CdS/ graphene gel; (ii) dispersing CdS/ graphene gel into water to obtain mixed solution, performing first hydrothermal reaction, separating, and drying to obtain CdS/graphene powder; and (iii) adding CdS/graphene powder and bismuth salt to an organic solvent solution to prepare dispersed solution, performing second hydrothermal reaction, separating, and drying to obtain graphene-loaded BixOy/CdS composite material, where the sulfur salt includes sodium sulfide nonahydrate and/or potassium sulfide, and the cadmium salt includes cadmium acetate dihydrate, cadmium chloride hemipentahydrate and/or cadmium nitrate tetrahydrate. USE - The method is useful for preparing BixOy/CdS composite material loaded by graphene. ADVANTAGE - The composite material is capable of accelerating the conversion of polysulfide, and reducing loss of anode sulfur, and relieving the volume expansion, with good cycle stability and multiplying power performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for bismuth oxide (BixOy)/cadmium sulfide (CdS) composite material loaded by graphene prepared by the above-mentioned method.
